My Story
About me
For more than 15 years, I’ve guided buyers and sellers through the Twin Cities’ most storied neighborhoods. My particular expertise is historic homes and urban living: the craftsmanship, character, and city-rooted lifestyle that make these properties singular, and the nuances of buying, preparing, and marketing them well.
Why I give
I am a huge believer in deeply rooted communities and investment in impact. I believe that the joint effort of the consumer, businesses and the causes & communities we care about could transform how things are funded. In essence, regenerative economy. I am thrilled to partner with my clients in giving back to the things that mean most to them. It allows us to have a shared purpose and mission - bringing more to every move.
How I help clients
I have a measured and tactical approach when in both aiding client's decision-making and negotiations. I put the best interest of my client's first, even when a sale is not the end result. Beyond this, ,y perspective is hands-on. I’ve bought, renovated, and lived in homes spanning nearly a century of Minneapolis architecture, from a 1938 two-story in Kingfield to a 1916 Craftsman in East Harriet to the 1928 Cape Cod in Edina I’m restoring today. I also own and restore a portfolio of historic investment properties, including a Shenandoah Terrace fourplex and a Nokomis duplex. I know which details carry a home’s value and which improvements earn their return at sale.
